ScrapeNow grants you a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use our platform for collecting publicly available web data. You may use the data you collect for lawful purposes. ScrapeNow does not claim ownership of any data you collect through our service.
Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to: • Use the service to collect non-public or protected data • Attempt to bypass security measures on target websites • Overload or disrupt target websites with excessive requests • Use collected data for spam, harassment, or illegal activity • Resell or sublicense your ScrapeNow account access • Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract our source code • Violate any applicable local, national, or international law

ScrapeNow is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or availability of our service. We disclaim all warranties including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitations
ScrapeNow does not guarantee specific outcomes, delivery speeds, or success rates. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Payment Terms
Services are purchased using a credit-based system. Credits are billed at the time of purchase. Unused credits expire 12 months from the date of purchase. All purchases are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law. You have a 15-day window from the date of purchase to dispute any billing issue by contacting our support team.
Modifications
ScrapeNow reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of London.
